These skirts are so fun and easy to make. I am so excited about this one because my favorite color is red and I especially love how red and blad and white look together. I made a matching shirt for the skirt by adding a ruffle and some hearts to a 3 dollar Wal-mart shirt. I can't wait for Adele to wear this to church tomorrow.
